The big problem Australia faced as you say greeksta was the loss of so many matchwinners in a short period of time

Shane Warne, Glenn McGrath, Matt Haydn, Justin Langer, Mike Hussey to name a few

But equally as devastating to our performances was the foreign coach, and the stupid rotation policy

Many many current players, including the current bowling line up, say repeatedly now that their form and confidence have skyrocketed since the flawed rotation policy was axed

Players now have security that they wont be dropped for the next Test if they perform well

All we have to do now is to drop the "high performance coach", and just have one coach who has total control over the players

Well, Lyon and Haddin put up a good fight, 40 runs partnership on the 10th wicket, not a bad morning !!

Lyon is now the only player from either team that has never been dismissed !!

Test cricket is team effort.
Cant have 1 bowler taking all the wickets or 1 batsmen scoring all the runs.
These guys are only human, they make mistakes and some days are better than others.

I think mentally may be the Aussie team is still celebrating the return of the URN !!

Sure, we all hope for a 5-0 white wash but it's very hard to back up after Brisbane, Adelaide and Perth. On the other hand, England has already lost the Ashes and only playing for pride, with no pressure on, they are really going out there to have a go.

Also, after losting Trout, Swann and the keeper Pryor, they have some younger new blood in which is always good for the morale. Stokes made their first century in this series and bloody Cook is looking very dangerous this morning. If they are still batting by tomorrow lunch time and have a lead of 350+, I don't think the Aussie can chase that down.

May be Clarkey made the wrong call to send England IN to bat first !!

So far in the last and current series, the team that won the toss and batted first had won 6 out of 6 times. So I hope we can break the cycle !!
