When I keep specific girl for booking in a busy day so She skips saying hello to customers few times already but somehow he doesn't show up

Not sure about receptionist struggles but I was really struggling with the receptionist at Divas on Sussex on Thursday. Nice enough girl but her breathe was fucking disgusting every time she was talking. She must have had a shit sandwich for breakfast...without the bread and butter. She was a young chubby girl not the normal receptionist called Cathy who is lovely and very welcoming.

When customer asks for how many girls available at the moment, then show up one-two hours later and complains that the shop doesn't show enough girls for him.
When a customer rings up to see how many girls are availabe right now and is told some large number and then he walks in the door straight away and no one is available.

Cathy is absolutely lovely and very helpful. She is a delight to deal with and will be honest (I think most of the time), maybe except for my ill-fated Polly day.
And heard from some receptionists when I was the first booking of a new girl : 10 other regulars want to be the first guy of the new girl, got angry if they can't get it and vow not to return !

I haven't work as brothel receptionist but I have worked in
customer service job's. It is not as easy as it look's. Majority
of people are fine but there is always somebody who takes
you for granted . They want special attention and if they
don't get it they either rant or respond with a very
sarcastic comment. A brothel rec would even been harder
as they have to deal with some time horny ,drunk and
belligerent customers and most rec are females who aren't
trained to deal with this. The brothel rec also have to deal with
the risk of robbery. This is not excuse their behaviour but the
rec have to multi task and they have to solve problem's at short
notice like customer's extending sessions , girl's turning up
late , going home sick and client's making booking's and not
turning up or arriving late.
When you look at the reception and you'd prefer to do her than the available girls:

I understand sometimes girls come late or do not show up.
But I am always a weekly regular to my favourite shops because they honour my bookings on time every time.....
Any shops/agencies can do this I am happy to try them....
