AHLUNGOR , A loyal 10 year patron & a foundation member he may be which is all the more reason he should've taken up his grievance with management rather than air it here a few weeks later. If he made a complaint with management & wasn't properly & fairly dealt with then I more than welcome him to let fellow punters know. I'm over punters who complain prior to taking their complaint to management, after all it is their business. You might be pleasantly surprised if you just talk to them. Not all shop management are proactive but those who show you common courtesy & respect, deserve it back.
