I know I tend to put in a lot of details in my ARs to provide as much context and descriptions as possible to try to show I'm being objective as possible for the specific session that I had, but I'll try to keep this one a little shorter.

Face: 6.0/10 (as always, highly subjective) Photos are pretty accurate, just take off about 30% for filter/glamour.

Pretty sure she hasn't been here more than a full week just yet.
I felt all over her whole body, and yes, there were a few rough patches and cracked skin (just realised, it could be because of the dry air from the airconditioning). Can't see it, but definitely feel it.
Overall, yes, a below average to average session for me. Not bad by any means: she was enthusiastic, tried and was proactive, but she still needs some improvement in those areas. For example, she was eager to give BBBJ, but as I (and the other AR has) mentioned, she doesn't really have any technique. I've had BJs where the girl was very eager and enthusiastic as well, but was too teethy - that I'd label as bad. Juri was not bad, but needs to add something for it to be average to good. So, yeah, basically she is the 'green apple' package - she has the enthusiasm, but for me, there wasn't enough technical ability (she had some, but not enough). The negatives (breath, skin, bush) just pushed it to below average for the session.
Reception know that the feedback I give them is always 'hey, if I think if the girl did this or that, others would be pretty happy about it', and never 'fucken hell, can you get this girl to do this or that or I'll never come back'. I doubt my single opinion is ever enough to make them act upon it. They actually tell me (and I hear them tell other customers) 'yeah, that sounds about right', or 'others have said the same'. If it is something new that they've heard from me, then I see their wheels turn and they note it down, but if no one else says the same after, I'm sure they just disregard it as a one-off occurrence (as they should). For example, my main suggestion for Juri to the tall one and the girl (Yuki?) was that even though I don't mind bush at all, it was a distraction during DATY (like, even though it's curly, it was standing about an inch high off her skin). When I described it to them, Yuki said, 'yeah, that doesn't sound that good', and because Juri is relatively new, I'm sure no one else has said anything yet, or maybe they love having their nose hairs tickled, and what I said was, "might be a good idea to suggest that she trim it down a little", not "she should shave that shit off" or anything else. I even clarified with them next day, that I didn't want her to get in trouble, but made those suggestions so she could improve. Reception knows my feedback is all constructive feedback. It's only happened the once, but if I were to say something was not good or that it was bad, then they definitely know it would be legitimately something was off. They know now that my 'fine', 'okay' or 'average' is everyone else's 'good' or 'great'. Like, I've only been to 310 twice now, but even blonde dude has already picked up my scoring and adjusted it to what a normal punter would give.
What I said in terms of 'she could use some training' is not a 'she needs training to stay at Ginza'. It's that while there are many other 'inexperienced' and 'green apples', from what I saw of Juri, I reckon that if she got some sort of training (or got more experience), she would be receptive of that training, and would perform really well. Maybe get some regulars, or even a price jump. Not that she needs it, definitely not that it should be forced upon her at all, but that I can just see she has potential to be great. Juri could be almost a second Olive, as she has the enthusiasm (not Olive's level, but definitely better than most), but doesn't have the skills/experience to match (yet). But that's up to Juri in the end. Maybe if she knew that there was an opportunity to upskill, she would take it, and just doesn't know that is an available option. Or, I'm sure for many that 'green apple' is the main draw, and she could stay as she is (nothing wrong with that either). Just saying that from what I saw, she could be something more. On the flip side, from everything I've read about Mugi, she probably does have potential to be great, but doesn't seem to be receptive of receiving any training or criticism, which, again, her choice, nothing wrong with that.
And as you know, I add all the details in my ARs because that is exactly what I experienced in that specific session. I always read others' ARs to see what matches, what doesn't, try to find explanations/reasons as to why I might have received less or more to others, seeing if they have bad days (like everyone does), and how they deal with that (like one AR for Juju said she seemed disengaged and had her eyes closed and wasn't trying as hard, which doesn't match with every other AR, but then it was explained that she only had a few hours of sleep the night before because of disruptions). It's like what I've been seeing for 42G in the past few months. Only a few ARs, a couple positive, rest negative. Some people are saying 42G is on a downturn (or already near the bottom of it), but then some people come out of the woodwork saying, oh, but it is good, or I still go there frequently. Okay, then where are these recent ARs of yours saying so? Who is really believable here? And I also factor in not every punter in Sydney is on or even aware of this forum, too. I share my experiences because I'm sure there are others out there like me who want to have as much information as possible before they decide to spend their hard-earned money and want to try and make sure it goes to a great experience. But in the end, it's every individual's choice to make. And while I am difficult to impress, I am easy to please. While sometimes there are more negatives than positives, I still remember the positives and still highlight them. I don't know if you read my AR on J Latte, but that is an example of where I knew she was low energy from the beginning, and while she didn't put in as much effort as I've read in other ARs, I still was able to see it as and make it a positive experience overall. All my ARs still recommend them for other punters, and when I have a clearer picture and understanding, add caveats or specify the types of punters who might enjoy them best.
With regards to Juri, I think the best way to think of her is that she is definitely a green apple that needs to be led if you want something specific, but she is enthusiastic and willing to please.
The negatives that I experienced in my specific session doesn't mean you'll encounter them (and I certainly hope you don't).
I was tossing up between Juri, Taki, and Seto (squirt challenge), and chose Juri as I wanted to try as inexperienced as possible after the session with Juju.
Maybe ask reception to help you choose, as they probably know your preferences better than anyone.
Just know that I don't and never will bear ill-will against the ladies, and that if you read my ARs carefully, my suggestion are all suggestions, not demands, and are made with their best interests in mind. Like I said, I think Juri is a sweet girl, and only made those suggestions here, because I think she has the potential to be better, and only wish the best for her.
