Funny saw Facebook seven news story a real estate at Kenmore complaining about next door massage shop is sex shop . I had a laugh as new laughs now so all legit . I found I funny how real estate told land lord to try evict the massage shop

Thats true. They were on the radio too. On 4BC which is @gb in Sydney. Right wing christian mouth piece station. They said they are against it as schools are close to there. I do agree with that but real estate agents are lying scum.

This real estate bitch kept hammering the point that she somehow felt there was some sort of physical threat to herself and her staff, as if guys who visit RnT shops were all dangerous and violent by default.
And imagine.....a punter allegedly walked into her real estate joint by mistake and traumatized her sweet and innocent 20 yo receptionist for life......not sure what her office looked like if you could mistake it for a massage parlour...
I don't see a problem with schools nearby, as long as the massage shop doesn't have indiscreet exterior advertising and design.

Yep true its just a typical real estate agent. i have to say i don't want them near schools but with the change of laws i am hoping some brothels/massage parlors start opening up in industrial areas like lots of them in Sydney or privates in units as that's very private and Neighbours would not know much unless they are snoopy
