Its the convenience factor for sure. You are almost guranteed a booking if you go through the WL on wechat compared to messaging the shop. She knows who you are which makes it easier. Over the past 6 months, WL's have offered their WeChat's only after a few bookings and once they know you. I rarely ask a WL for theirs and its mostly the WL's asking me. WLs that have punters mobile numbers use them to make contact when business is slow. Been there done that. Yes it did help when confirming a booking. But once your “ value” expires the silence is deafening - been there dobe that. If you see that having their number is exclusive to you - forget it - the enterprising ML plays the field - seen they’re seen that. Unfortunately when punting becomes your fantasy it overtakes reality. Don’t overestimate your worth as the rest of the guys do who have the same number.
Exactly. If she finds out she's been double-booked, she just might have a say on who gets priority, and even if it's not you, at least she can let you know.
And it works both ways. A provider messaged me in the morning as I was just leaving, saying she had a cold, would not be working that day. I believed her, but even if she had a better offer, so what. Simple to reroute. When I had a situation I had to handle, I messaged her directly the night before the assignation, giving her as much time as possible to fill her slot (pun intended). Each side appreciates.
Given I'm in the hoi polloi, it's me doing the asking. Over the decades, I've honed my snap judgement, so most often, after the first time, I know if she'll be a repeat. If so, I ask, most provide. They understand it's good BUSINESS.
Whoa, Nellie. I certainly NEVER think I'm exclusive; hell, I DON'T want to be her SOLE support. I want her to be very successful and stay in the business. I'm just one of many, though, hopefully, in the top ranks.
A very few have pinged me (and I understand it's NOT their pining heart but slow times), but I'll just explain I'm CURRENTLY unavailable and the pings stop. Most understand incoming pings might not be welcome. On the other hand, when I'm off-shore, I will occasionally ping a few FAVS, not often (not a stalker), but just as a comm check (and to refresh their memory so it's not a cold call when I am BOTG). I've always gotten a reply. Guess I have VALUE rather than value.
But with most, it's just the convenience of the direct BUSINESS contact. And the smart ones appreciate a business supply that moves with them if they change location. Win-win.
(And if they leave the business, go home, the phone can be sold to another as the contacts within are VALUABLE)

Who mentioned anything that they're the only customer to have her number? We're all aware that it's business, and it's for our benefits as a regular.
I have a couple, it's good for me cause im a busy person and usually have to plan out my punts. Good for when she goes on holiday or if she is regularly moving etc.
Also get the occasional nude pic with "miss me baby ? come see me soon"
How can you complain
I got the number of a couple MLs and they've asked me to go out socially with them like party and stuff but I just want to keep my punting and private/social life separate.
Had instances early on when I've had MLs take down my number when I ring and they've contacted me about a private session or when I'm seeing them again and I get totally put off and ended up using a 'burner' number or private if i do ring ahead (I prefer to message on wechat though but have to ring if there's no alternative).
There are some MLs I wished I had taken their number though ended up never seeing them again because they ended up stopping working
If it's a girl infrequently on the roster, it's good to have in case she switches shops! We've all had that special ML/WL that disappeared randomly
