Quality of Viagra/Cialis - Prescription vs Online?

Has anybody ordered Viagra or Cialis both from a pharmacy via a script as well as buying it online and seen any differences when taking them? Such as effectiveness, side effects, how long it lasts etc. I imagine it's cheaper to get it via a script as well, but just curious if the quality of the meds themselves is the same.

My advice, from experience, is see your GP first and establish you need help. It is not over complicated. End of the day if you have any hint of ED then they are obligated to help you. I was prescribed Viagra and felt that it was best option because I was still capable of getting erections, just maintaining was the issue. I have had friends take Cialis and they seem happy. But it is generally a daily dose and depends on the level required. It seemed to me to be more medication than I needed. Most notable side effects from Viagra are the red or flushed face and mild headaches. Strangely for me, this only occurred when I took Viagra. After the first script I changed to the generic brands of sidelafil (maybe misspelt there) and basically swapped around each script. They were effective for me and I was using 50mg doses. Basically half a tablet. What I found was, that for me, it was best if I didn't eat prior and limited my fluids also. So punting was usually before lunch or before dinner in the end. All good. Rarely got 2 shots away but it was possible. Usually after the shower the erection was gone. Not sure about price varies as I never bought online. I am pretty sure the is an old thread asking for the same advice. Hope it helps. But like most things, what works for one may not work for another. Best to experiment till you are happy 👍

Product should be identical regardless of where you get it if its the original. It would be for certain from pharmacy. Look up instascripts. You can get online consultations. Super easy.

I stopped bothering with prescriptions and started buying in bulk from India. Can't say I notice a difference in quality.

I've used Oz Med Direct https://www.ozmedsdirect.com for Cenforce (generic viagra) and works a treat, $65 for 20 delivered.

Not sure if getting it locally is cheaper, but happy getting it in the mail.

Can take a few weeks to arrive though.

Thinking of trying Cialis though as the face flush makes it super obvious on my pasty face.

Without getting into the technicalities this whole fucken debate on whether branded v generic, prescribed v non-prescribed, online v chemist, viagra v cialis, oral strips v gel v pill.... is much of a muchness.

It's a bit like water - which one is best; purified, well, distilled, spring, mineral, alkaline, infused ?

When you're fucken dehydrated and thirsty as fuck, even tap water tastes good and will do the trick.

So If the chick has a body of an amusement park, is a stunner built with aerodynamic lines, all those performance enhancers feel the same and will get the job done.. and some would even say you won't be needing performance enhancers for that calibre of chick.

I've had better luck, less side effects, with Cialis, or its generic Tadalafil, comparedd to viagra.

Unfortunately, unlike civilized countries where you DON'T need a prescription to buy ("Yes, I'm an adult, it's not a narcotic, so I'd like...") you do need some paperwork. Myself, I'm paranoid, so while it doesn't have to be branded, I get all meds from licensed pharmacies. The price difference between Cialis and Taddalafil at a pharmacy is CONSIDERABLE.

Maybe ANOTHER (few and far between) benefits of being (you say old, I say experienced). Asked doctor, paper written, SIMPLE.

Problem is these days it can be hard to find a GP that bulk bills. I live in the city and only know of 1 bulk billing GP left here.

I would never under any circumstances just buy online. Too risky. If getting to a GP is a challenge you could still get it via a Telehealth app. At least you will still talk to a GP, get a script and get the actual medication from a chemist.

    Just my 2 cents

I just don't get it with some of the blokes here, they'll happily and without hesitation stick their dick (raw) into an orifice where it shouldn't go or lick an untested vagina/ass with no questions asked, yet when it comes to getting their junk examined by a male doctor in a sex clinic or going to a GP and ask for viagra/cialis it's too fucken difficult and embarrassing or they're too fucken shy to ask for a script. Next thing you know blokes will be too ashamed/embarrassed to enter a brothel or RnT via the front entrance.

    I use the chimney myself...

    "Now Dasher! Now Dancer!
    Now, Prancer and Vixen!
    On, Comet! On, Cupid!
    On, Donner and Blitzen!"

As I step inside, it does feel like Christmas - "I have a present for you, young lady"... Unfortunately, bag is not over my shoulder but around my waist...

    Maybe the names should read;

    "Now Coco! Now Mimi!
    Now, Whiskey and Soda!
    On Sasa, On Luna'
    On Kako and Satoko!

Also, the bag is generally empty when you enter and full when you exit

    Bloom361, I hope this helps.

I have tried all three ways, scripts in Australia, meds off the street in Bangkok and from a Bangkok pharmacy, and also ordering online from a reputable source.

Scripts in Australia are fine, but expensive, and important to me, they are limited in product type, its just tablet, tablet, tablet.
Be it viagra/sildenafil, cialis/tadalafil, levitra/vardenafil or the newbie that has no generics yet in stendra/avanafil, they are all tablets.
    And I hate taking tablets.

When overseas in Bangkok I trialed viagra/sildenafil alternatives, notably Kamagra oral gels, and I was amazed, very impressed.
I also worried about street buying, so ended up buying exactly the same at higher cost from a pharmacy.
Surprisingly I found they were selling me "exactly" the same product, packaging, manufacturing stamps of dates and pricing in rupees as the street was.
I also found they worked exactly the same for me, which was good.

I then switched to online during covid, selecting Kamagraoioioi as my website which had lots of good mentions on here.
I found their products to be just as good, and that they have some unique low cost offerings (50 gel boxes of single flavours).
So I have stayed with them happily since then.

I have not yet tried cialis or the other ones as kamagra/sildenafil works well for me, so I can't comment on it.
But I have noted that Kamagraoioioi also has a cialis gel product.

Just search online to find someone locally. Might to take a bit but definitely plenty around. If you need someone, I can point you in the direction although I haven't bought any since last year.
