A massage only is pretty much the starting price point, unless it states otherwise. So, yes, you could just go for a massage. Just tell her up front that is all you are after and if you are lucky she won't hassle you for extras. If the massage is good you could consider leaving a tip of less value than the standard pineapple for extras.
if you genuinely want just a regular massage I suggest going to a regular massage place.
the massage price is a lead in price and extra expenditure is the expectation.
