In my view it depends on the girl, the nature of the tatts and importantly, how she carries off the look.
J Liz had/has a full sleeve plus others on her body which seemed to be part of her in a seamless way.
A tattooed and/or pierced girl every now and then is good for a change and something wild, exotic and different.
But it would be pretty boring if they all had them.
