STD is a myth. Only skitskin have std.
From my own experiences, the doctors wouldnt prescribe meds until I did the blood test and had to return for the results. When I asked why he said people go and take the antibiotics straight away and then do the blood tests later on or the next day and this can give a false negative so that's why some doctors do it (I think this is how some WL cheat on the STD test that the shop makes them do, by taking a general antibiotic)
The way I stopped this from happening is by asking the doctor to give the meds but also tell him you understand exactly what's going to happen and why so you gotta promise to take the meds they gave you after you take the blood test.
In my case, my GP was in a medical centre that had a test collection facility very nearby. He gave me the script and testing doco all in one go. I vaguely recall he did tell me to go do the test immediately.
Still don't see the rationale behind docs not writing the script for the AZ without a positive test result, even with that explanation.
First, the patient is already in pain, suffering the symptoms.
Second, there's only 1 medication for the infections that cause that symptom, regardless of the type. Gonno or urethritis, you get AZ to cure it.
And most importantly, they have a responsibility to prevent the spread in society if it really was an STI. Who's to say the guy wouldn't go around fucking other partners before he comes in again to get the test results + script? He needs to be cured ASAP for the benefit of society, no?

Some important errors in recent posts that need to be corrected.
Azithromycin is not the first line treatment for chlamydia. The correct first line treatment is doxycycline 100m twice a day for 1 week. Azithromycin as a single oral dose is a second line treatment.
Azithromycin is not the correct first line curative treatment for gonorrhoea. The correct treatment for oral or genital gonorrhea is a single dose of intramuscular ceftriaxone. Azithromycin is generally recommended to be given at the same time but never on its own if gonorrhoea is confirmed. The reason for this relates to antibiotic resistance rather than azithromycin being a curative agent.
Presumptive treatment ahead of a positive culture is influenced by a bunch of factors. In a specialist sexual health setting gram staining and microscopy can be helpful before urine or swab results are back.
We all know that the moral of the story is simple.... having bareback sex with a woman that does it with 5 to 10 different men a day, or up to 50 to 80 men a week, is asking for trouble. Because even if only 2% of these men are infected (98% clean), sooner or later the infection will spread.
I remember Touch of Class back in the early 1990s the receptionist kept punters in the waiting room for at least 20 minutes before introducing the girls (one at a time), and then when your chosen girl took you to one of the rooms, she shone a bright light at your dick and looked at it as if she were a doctor, to see any signs of herpes sores, then she squeezed it from the base down to see if there is any discharge leaking.
The 20-minute wait was because if a man had urinated immediately before arriving at the shop, there wouldn't be a discharge then if the man was infected.
Yeah I've gone through that gauntlet before, being examined before the sex act. In Melbourne and here, always with Cauc workers.
It kind of balances out though. Cauc workers need to specifically examine the goods because they don't wash down the punter. Asian WGs routine is to wash the punter by hand, so they get to see the goods then anyway.
You are right about getting around the discharge problem with peeing, but that's because the girls should be looking for discharge stains on the punter's underpants instead of on the dick itself. I remember, the damned discharge wouldn't stop when I had it, left a stain on my undies very quickly.
Doc did give AZ at time of first visit, didnt work. Now on doxy, was chlamydia
Dick inspection for 20 mins? no thanks...mood killer, just use a condom, we all hate it but it is what it is...a necessary evil, only exception is if you have PE, then a condom would be a benefit, but for someone like me who can last a LONG time bareback, I definitely don't prefer it.
I also hate it when WL cleans my penis real hard with a clean wipe, that sh*t hurts...
Condoms are becoming attractive given the cost/benefit or risk/pleasure balance we face.
It's not about using condoms or not. In the shops where the routine is to inspect your dick for signs of STI, the service after that would always be protected anyway. They're just doubly safe, that's all.
I guess they would flat refuse any sort of service to you if you had clear signs of infection.
I personally didn't mind the inspections, and it certainly didn't take 20 mins. More like 2 mins under a lamp.
The 20 minutes is the time they keep you waiting before the girl takes you to a room. It’s the time needed to see if you have a discharge or not.
Punters with a discharge could cheat and mask it if they urinate immediately before arriving at the shop, so it takes that long to see if discharge flows again.
The actual ‘dick inspection’ takes 30 seconds.
Fair enough...do they use a magnifying glass or put your weenie under a microscope, jk
Seriously if someone has unusual discharge why would they even visit a brothel? Should be a trip to the doc instead lol
