Most of the time I doubt brothels ask customers for their feedback. Even at my cinema they asked with a questionaire was I happy with the experience ($22 Gold Class) ? I said yes and gave them the form for them to review
Good on the OP for posting a bad experience. These are just as valuable as positive reviews.
Although i don't think it should have got to this point for M5 to remedy it, I'm glad they still offered to. Both parties did well, hope all is sorted now.
