5 Star or Ginza are the "top shops" here. Ginza is a touch more premium I'd say.
Booking works by calling or texting the shop and asking is she available on XYZ date. You could also go "I want to the first booking of a shift for XYZ girl what day is that", or you can say "I want to come in tonight around 8pm, I want a GFE what girl do you recommend?" YOu can read reviews here to get an idea of the girls and shops, and obviously ask more questions if required.
Many shops don't really bother with bookings because they don't really advertise anything beyond "this shop exists, it is here, and it's open xyz time and maybe a pricing". You just show up and pick from a lineup. Lineups are done in two ways. The main way in Australia is you sit down (usually in a private waiting room but sometimes in an actual bedroom) and each girl knocks and says hello, one by one, then you tell the manager which one you want then pay. The other type which I believe is more common in China and other places in SEA is you walk into a room where all the girls are and pick from them, afaik it's rare to do it this way here.
Depending on how much money you have, it might be a better choice to look up Aussie/Euro private girls from somewhere like scarlettblue as they will likely be more accommodating to your situation than some random chick at a FS shop even if you're booking them. I'd definitely tell them and see what they say.
I have no idea if you should tell at a FS shop, unless your going to ask what girl would be best for your first time. You probably don't want some crazy hardcore PSE (porn star experience) on your first time. It'll probably be wasted.
Of course, the alternative to going through booking this, or calling or texting or going private is just rock up with $200 at an easily accessible shop with decent reviews here and pick a girl at random and go for an hour. Get them to blow or jerk you off early, get a massage, then get hard again and fuck. As you get used to it, maybe doing it again a few days later, go down to half an hour if you don't want to spend as much cash etc.
