I don't think we have enough detail (we'd need mind reading for that) to know exactly what went on there, but there are clearly some facts.
1) Kay physically couldn't take any more.
2) No means no, good on you Speech writer for adhering to that.
3) Cutting the service is a huge no-no, and if Kay was truly unable to continue, refunding the 10(-20)mins worth should be adequate.
Judging from the wording I've seen, I am personally leaning more toward Speechwriter demanding more from the WLs than most of us, though even that does not excuse cut service. If Kay were offended/pushed/etc enough by Speech's needs, she could speak up and request not to go through with the service, full refund and perhaps simply book another girl more to his standards. Why didn't she? Either she was intimidated (doesn't particularly sound like it, from his account at least), or she changed her mind far too late. She should always have the option, of course, as her safety should be paramount, but it seems she had no intent until right near the end she switched completely.

In any case, that's just my two cents. Bit of a grey area, though I am leaning toward Speech's needs being a bit much for Kay and she changed her mind near the end.

That's why its called "punting" fellows. I've had an occassion where the lady to stop after 5 strokes (gentle) after I paid for a 1 hour session. Some WL's are cheats and thieves just like the general population.

As I said on another thread, some people just take any negative review as honest feedback, wouldn’t bother to find out the motive behind the story. This kind of action is either an accomplice or someone who likes to stir up unrest.

This seems to be a clear case of something happening that none of us are privy to... we don't know why Kay cut the session short.
Speculation is pointless and the fact that many here seem to take great joy in trying to completely destroy a person's credibility is just.... pointless.
We don't know why or what and any speculation just makes all of us look juvenile and, worse, look like fools.
