Never been to 42G - but looks like an attack on them by Bro - Lenka!!
We all make mistakes and sometimes end up cancelling bookings at last minute because of so many reasons! Punting is punting!!
However, it's a business too!
Always followed Bro Lenka's reviews and very informative but don't use that trust we put in your reviews and opinion to destroy or high jack a business!!!

How can you expect shop to offer full refund,

If thats a standard "professional customer service" as said by bc then fucking every toy boys with a complaint will be expecting a full refund from anywhere,

42G did other businesses a huge favour because if they gave into Lenka's demand for a FULL refund because he goes around bad mouthing the shop on the internet and to anyone who will listen,

then it would have set a dangerous precedent to all brothels in the industry.
