Booked a much anticipated massage after lots of good reviews. Apparently she's as good as Mimi in burwood a Coco back when she ran a shop in Stanmore. Business rated really highly by people i trust (Ahlungor).
I booked the day before by phone. Arrived the next day 5 min before my appointment. Was greeted by a lady at the door who told me Candy wasn't in. She called Candy, who said she would be 30 minutes.
Ok. I leave to grab some lunch.
I came back 40 minutes later and still no Candy. The lady called Candy again and got a VM.
Disappointed. Stuff like this just doesn't happen at a place like Ginza or 5 Star. It really takes away from the experience if you can even get a reliable appointment.
Will I return? Don't know.
