The journalist writing the story is also very curious

At the end of his article, he writes:
"Do you know more? Email the writer at frank.chung@news.com.au"

I have been to Central Park, it's very similar to those large apartment blocks in Hong Kong.

My friend owns a two keys unit - one two bedroom apartment with a studio apartment attached to it and one car space and he got no changr for a cool Million !

And he bought that off the plan a few years back so the prices would have gone up further now !

I wonder which agency or private girls are using there, I will not go there punting for sure, majority of the residents and tenants are all Asians !

    Cheers

Ahlungor, has your friend invited all these women over for a party ?
I wonder if Central Park has a large communal party area with pool and spa ?

There is a very large BBQ area where the residents can entertain and yes there are pool and Gym facilities too!

Woolworth and food court downstair plus a Ding Tai Fung and a very good Japanese sushi restaurant ! It's very convenient HK style !

If only they have the authentic won ton noodles HK style........haha

Central Park is no different to any other apartment complex in the city.
You will always get WLs, agencies etc working out of them.
Eventually someone complains and they get kicked out and they just move to another apartment.
    And on it goes.

Where these amateur journalists miss the point is that if the unit is occupied by no more than two girls for consensual sex, it is not illegal ...

Maybe Central Park is seeing to resemble Paradise Stuttgart
Its well placed, across the road from the University

Yes, prostitution is legal in NSW, it's the problem with the landlord, not the law.

    Spot on !

You can hardly find an apartment building in the CBD that no one has operated in. The change could be coming from wechat though, sooner or later they will have to do something about this situation, especially now that they're not getting any benefit out of it !

Prostitution is legal in NSW. Brothel however needs to be licensed but the premise is not a brothel if it houses no more than two working women.

So to say there is illegal prostitution in these buildings is factually wrong. They are undesirable tenants which may be evicted for breach of by-laws but if anyone ever called the police, there is nothing they can charge these girls for ... except perhaps for being excessively noisy

Yeah, the app in question must be wechat.
I'm interested in that 1500/hour girl. Must be one hell of a fuck for that kind of money! Even more than what 18modello were charging.
Also, if the girl and shop play their cards right, they can never be done for prostitution. Even with undercover agents. The key is in the words they use in order to get the money.

    $1500/hour girl

For that sort of money, the lady would need to be flawless - fluent English, 10/10 face, 10/10 toned slim body, great assets, and 100% focussed on initiating all affection, not being a starfish or passive in any way
She would look BETTER than her advertised photos
She would need to bathe her customer in bottles and bottles of French champagne, the apartment have views of Sydney Harbour including the Opera House, satin sheets, seafood buffet, and the customer is given a goodie bag to take away, including the full set of French lingerie that she wore during the session

Anything less is a rip off, because with $1500 these extras can definitely all be easily arranged

Hell, for that money, you could go with one of the great places advertised on AUS99, and buy exorbitantly expensive perfume and lingerie gifts for the lady, and a new watch for yourself

There are obviously some rich guys who know how to use WeChat but not how to look up AUS99
If they knew value, they would be saving a sh*tload of money

    LOL
