I know the above is a simplistic view of the situation but when you are marketing your product or service, then age is not an excuse for under delivery. Attitude and performance is still expected regardless. If you are expecting SydCat/MOC to thrive again, then I would suggest you set the ground rules of reasonable service to your girls. They are getting extremely well paid for their services (not saying its an easy job either) but they should also know what is expected to deliver. If they can't deliver, then they shouldn't be considered for overnights or your SydCat business as it will just impact your reputation once again.*

My budget after all my outgoings allow me $500 - $600 a week for punting. I reckon if I stopped all my mini punts I could comfortably do 1 overnight a month. But one thing I hardly see on this forum is AR's for overnights so I'm abit weary to venture there.

If I was still in my mother land I'd be one of 2 things, 1. Gang member or 2. Stay at home dad with 10 kids, at least in this blessed country I've managed to stay out if trouble/jail and acquire security/longevity in my day job....
