haha well partly true, but there is no actually scientific studies conducted that prove these claims.
However there was a large survey conducted by some uni and result they got was that woman that swallow (and those that dont use condom, sperm absorbed by vagina wall) are less depressed/stressed compare to those that use condom. They concluded that sperm (not just sex) are good for woman, its high in protein, vitamin & mineral when received from single partner over long period of time.
Getting it from different partners makes detrimental effect outwight the benefits since they all sourced from varying diet & lifestyle (also the woman immune system might act up due to 'new' foreign bodies all the time)
