ye Nia does a good hard massage but her techniques are not as subtle as some professionals giving very firm massages (<- if that make sense) - she is well into her 50s - just go there for massage if you really like the hard type - no point doing anything else really

40s, could even be 50s can do good lomi lomi and more from there - but charges keep going up - not really my cup of tea
