poor management - Aika and Kiko moodswing
Feel very pissed-off today and need to vent.
I really hope the owner of Marrickville5 (i think also owned 42 Gladesville and Rockdale RedRoyale) read this.
I met the owners twice when visited Marrickville and Gladesville shop, the owner is really attentive and really want to hear feedback, but alas...the owner is not in the shop all the time hence unable to see what happen on operation on the shop.
Marrickville has become another FS-shop Henhouse, which the FS girls actually run the shop.
I booked 2 girls at M5 for 2 hours, 1 hr each. I saw the girls numerous time in Ginza before and 1 of girl in M5 after she move shop. I always gentle and polite with the girls and the girls never complain/upset/unhappy even the slightest everytime i have session with them as I always respect and gentle.
Today I come earlier, the M5 Korean lady receptionist (not Christmas) just ordered me to wait in the room and slam the door close (typicall Romeo/Juliet K-massage receptionist treament if you know what i mean..abrupt, lacking of customer service politeness 101). She told me that Kiko was sick so.. i have to wait for 1 hour for Aika (my next booking)...I see ...hmm.... okay...bit upset coz this is last minute cancellation , but okay since i am there that's okay...i just wait for Aika....
Then the door closed again...waited for almost 20 minutes...then the big Korean receptionist (who is actually more polite than the rude lady receptionist earlier) told me....sorry....Aika and Kiko don't want to see you....they say no ex-Ginza customer....., I felt really pissed off....If i am rude and bad customer and rough to the girls that's fine, i never force anything on the girls ...This is just another example of bad management of FS shop being run-over by the girls with their mood-swings...., wasting customer time..well in this case at least I don't waste my money.
So I just going to stick to Ginza from now on
Is so sad that the owners who just spent soo much money acquiring these 3 shops are losing the customers just because they don't have a good monitoring of the shop operation and let their business/investment goes down-hills ....
