From outside australia "You IP is being blocked"

When I was trying to view Forum.aus99.com from Unite Kingdom the site would return that my IP is being block ed and I need to email.

Why is aus99.com not able to be viewed in Europe?

From what I could see it was a legit aus99.com page not a firewall or blcok by the country I was in.

I think admin blocks access for ip detected outside aus

Some countries will blocked access to what they determine 'porn sites'. I guess aus99 falls into that category
