Two ways you can do this:

1. When updating your roster , just post as a new post and it will appear as the latest.

2. When you want to bump it up with those “Honey where are you ? “ stuff, you can still do it but better off deleting the old ones after you post an update so you won’t end up with a hundred pages of bumps ! Take a look at the other shops, most of them only have the one or two posts in the roster thread for that same reasons above.

3. What you are doing now is ok for people who are visiting and with no account as the forum default setting is to show the original first post first - best way is to ask the Admin to assist you to delete all of those 133 pages of bumps so you only just have the one roster post which you can update daily so everyone can see it! You do have some nice photos so keep it up.
