Firstly i apologise for for this LATE replay to the complaint about B.Maureen@MOC. OK, there is NO reason for the late.
I felt very very deep sorry to see all you guys' reasonable and genuine feedbacks about her services during her available times at MOC.
It is Incorrect to see this kind of complaints happened at MOC and they are very rare!
As MOC TEAM leader,
1) Firstly i do deeply appreciate to all your guys's genuine nice & kind suggestions & complaints BUT NO any attack on MOC which made me feel more
guilty about it.
2) From today, MOC manager Grace will asap make all Maureen's clients booking info ready from her booking record, and on this side, we are looking
forward to all you guys who've countered Maureen's bad services sending us refund claim notice asap. After we confirm all these booking infos , we will
AT TIME make out the refund solution to EVERYONE BROS.
