Please clean up/back up your forum private messages before 1/5/2017

Hi syd99 forum members

We are doing some tune up on the server in order to improve the forum performance and stability.

We noticed that there are a list of members who has more than 200-1000 forum private messages.

Would you please help do a clean up on your messages list. Keep only what you required

You have the option to backup your selected messages as XML or other format

On 1/5/2017, I will clear all your private messages if you have more than 200 in total.

Remember Total of inbox + sent box must be less than allowed max amount.

You can see the allowed quota on the top of your inbox page.

Different level of usergroup will have different allowed max quota for pm

So please do the clean up and back up on both inbox and sent item.

As there is some enquiry from members that their pm stop working after the new rule applied.
