does having kids make you want to quit punting or does it make you want to punt more?

Punting has nothing to do with whether you have kids or not.......but you definitely punt more when you have more time on your hands. Things that distract you like looking after kids take away your free time. Perhaps you have less money as well.

Why do you ask ?

I never punted before my marriage broke up, now when the kids are with me I don't punt, when they're with her I punt. Easy.

You'll find that, in most cases, having kids focuses your partner's attention almost 100% on her children. You become at best a supernumerary left to pay the mortgage and mow the lawn.
Sex will be 945 on her list of priorities. Then you'll punt more.

For the first year or so the thing I wanted to do most in the world was have a good nights sleep!
