Extras that can be negotiated inside the room is CIM (COF as well I suppose). Anal is also listed as an extra but I've never dabbled and from what I've heard, not many girls at Ginza actually offer it.

For what you pay reception, BBBJ is standard as well as DD if the girl provides it. Not all girls provide it but lately quite a few of Ginza's offerings have provided it.
