Hi guys,

Short story, basically i visited a brothel today and when I pulled my condom was a quarter out, it was still on but it was slightly passed my bottom of the penis head. I always use condom for intercourse, and it was during the session, as the girl moved out (she was on as a cowgirl position) out it was slightly out. I'm really worried, I got the reception to confirm the girl gets tested and what not, she said she's from Hong Kong and everything. But regardless I am nervous as hell. I know i have to wait 4 weeks before any testing to do but this wait is gonna kill me.

Any advice, am I at risk here?

If you are very worried, go to your doctor and get the PEP course - basically anti Virals that have a good track record of killing HIV, if you managed to contract it.

You'll be fine mate. Get tested and take a break from punting if it'll put your mind at ease, but I'm willing to bet my bottom dollar you'll come up clean.

In all my years of punting, and doing silly shit recreationally, the worst I've gotten was chlamydia and it was literally one tablet and sorted.

Like u have a bad punt and u freak out. And u start assuming the worse.

First she has to have HIV and second if she is not on medication (unlikely) she will have higher viral load in her system which increase ur chances, third HIV is weak virus meaning it can't survive outside of body - the way hiv get into male through sex is down the penis hole or under the foreskin. U had a condom up so ur foreskin and urinal track is protected. Even small cuts with blood is not enough for hiv to get u, that's why sharing needles is the biggest concern.

Anal sex without protection is the highest risk due to thin lining of the asshole producing tears and blood.

I know this info cause I too get freaked out and am overly protective ;)

The Condon definitely covered my penis pee hole. However, it was slightly above the bladder. The girl she's clean and everything but can't be certain.

Mate, the number of times I've nervously waited on STI tests results but never had a thing in 20+ years punting.....

I have a friend who goes bareback anal with WLs and the worst he's ever had was some type of yeast rash.

If you talk to the STI nurses and doctors, they don't even consider straight punters a high risk group as we're generally having sex with women who are tested and with condoms. Straight guys picking up girls who aren't screened and/or having unprotected sex are bigger concerns, as infections spread widely before they're ever detected.

Sure you might be that 1 in 1 million unlucky guy, but realistically you've got more chance being killed in a car accident on the way home than contracting HIV from what you described.
