I went with 9 visits clocked up on my card and paid for a 1 hr session, which then would've given me enough points for a free 30min session. I asked if I could use it now to make it a 90min session and she said no. I don't know why, because technically I could've just walked out, come back and used it.

Anyway, so I went back after that and got a 1 hr session and used my card to make it a 90min session. Normally one hour is $165, but she charged me $180, AND I only got 0.01 credit on my new card. WTF?

This place used to be good a few years ago, but obviously they've gotten so big and rich they don't care anymore.

Need to look for a new Korean RNT place.

Hey Project Manager. I have not been to M8 for months but the loyalty system use to work as follows. Every 1 hour session you get 5 minutes, 1.5Hrs 6 minutes. So usually after 6 sessions you use to get $70 or 75.00 off the seventh visit. So if your seveth visit is for a 1.5 booking you would pay the full price of the 1.5HRS less the credit, i think this is why you paid 180.00. On the visit that you take up the credit you don't get anything as you are using up the loyalty card. So after you use the card you can then ask for another the next time you go for a session. This is just what use to happen. But you are saying that you were going for the 10th session to get 30 minutes off? Has the system changed?

I used mine free 30 mins. I asked for 1 hour session, gave my card, paid half price. Whatever points were leftover on my loyalty card were put onto a new card (0.2 I think). Worked for me. I don't use 90 min sessions anyway. Lying in the bath I can do at home lol.

Bro, this is how I understand it: everytime I book for one hour, I get 0.06 credit, and when you get to 0.30, you get free half hour session. When I went for the first visit I talked about, I reached 0.30 at that stage, so why can't I use that right at that moment?

Anyway, whatever I thought. So then when I went after that, I had 0.30 and booked for one hour, used my credit to make it 90 mins altogether. So I should only pay for one hour right? Why did they charge me $180? Then when I got a new card, they only put 0.01 credit on it, when it should be 0.06.

I don't know how you got 0.06 credit when you 1 hour sessions. it's supposed to be 0.05 for 1 hour. i think you got this point wrong.

so every 7th visit u get $75 off. not half price.

Ok maybe I am wrong about the discount, but it's a ripoff if they're just going to give me 0.01 credit when I actually PAY for one hour, which should give me 0.05 credit.

Bro Project Manager when you use the loyalty card to get the $75.00 off, you don't get any credit at all, so if you got the 1 minute it is a bonus. If you do the math using the Romeo's system (1 hour fully paid you get $40 off the next visit) for 7 x 1 hour vists you end up paying more or less the same as M8 for 7 x 1 hour visits. I guess it is all about the actual service you get from the girls. If you are happy at M8 then $ wise it is more or less the same. If you want try something different then try Romeo's or Juliet (Same people) or Midas. These shops offer the same Korean massage service.

Sounds like a rather complicated reward system, hope they have a good computer program for all that, I am more used to buy 10 get 1 free or the 8th one is free (like buying Toby's coffee...........lol).
