Don't get me wrong, I really like the girls in this shop. Barbie especially. But twice in a row now my bookings have been stuffed around. First time was with Barbie. I booked the day before for an early session and arrived on time only to find she was with someone else. A week or so ago I booked Monica for an early morning at the Rockdale shop. Was told she won't be in at that time but they would call her. I Sms'd to reconfirmed and they said she would come in at 10am for my appointment. Arrived the next day and she wasn't there.
