Welcome to aus99.com,
Forum Rules and Regulations

Hi, all members and guests, welcome to our site!

We, the whole team at Aus99 will be trying our hardest to create a website with valueable information and entertainment to all, but at the same time, we need to make it a safe and pleasant experience for all visitors while using the forums. To achieve this, we have to set out some forum rules and regulations for all posters to observe, please have a read and help us make this the greatest website of its kind in Australia !

Forum Rules and Regulations :

1. No malicious attacks on advertisers and workers. While positive and negative reports are welcome, but comments must be to the point and without the intention to damage the reputation of the shop or the workers.

2. No obscene and offensive language used against workers, shops or other members.

3. No altercation on the forum. While friendly discussions or debates are welcome, but personal attacks that lead to hot arguments are not encouraged.

4. No advertising without permission from administrators.

5. No postings of articles or photos of child porn and underaged prostitution.

6. No postings of articles or photos of violent sex practices, animal sex, and rapes.

7. Respect the privacy of others, no postings of personal details and/or photos of workers and other members.

8. Refrain from criticizing the author of an After Report, write your own if you find your experience is different without attacking the individuals.

9. No names of worker and shop should be mentioned for unsubstantiated claim of STI infection, unless no action taken from the shop regarding the claim.

10. Due to the STI claim, it is our decision that no names of workers and shop should be named on the forum without conclusive evidence that the poster is infected by the named worker. Such action would only cause unfair hardship to the worker's livelihood and thus affect the reputation of the establishment.
The correct action is to inform the shop and demand an investigation.
Upon receiving a complaint, it's the shop's responsibility to get the worker tested and produce a certificate for the claimant's perusal. If the said worker is tested positive, she should be taken off roster immediately until treated.
If the shop fails to take this appropriate action, then the claimant has the right to name and shame. Until then, unsubstantiated claims on the forum will be deleted.

The above rules and regulations are subject to constant reviews and modifications when necessity arises. Offending posts will be deleted without notice and member warned. Repeat offender will be banned from visiting our site.

Thank you for your patience, let's work together to make it a happy and safe site for all to spend time on.

Cheers
