Firstly she's not the girl in the photos and she's not 23 (my reckoning) but she does have a pretty tight body and great set of tits. She has a very pretty pussy!
She does all the things she says she'll do for the price.
Great attitude and fun girl.

Yep thats the one. The article is dated August...
I thought that prostitution was legal if a woman is working alone on the premises?

not if they are working for a pimp.
Also from what I know of that address, she isn't likely to be working alone. There is often 2 or 3 girls there.
Additionally from the PLA website
There are two legal forms of sex work in
Queensland:
1. Sex work conducted in a licensed
brothel, from which outcalls are
prohibited. Depending on the size of the
brothel, there may be up to eight sex
workers on premises at any one time.
2. Private work (sole operator) – a sex
worker that works privately from a
premises, that provides outcalls, or both.
It is illegal for a sole operator sex worker
to operate in conjunction with any other
sex worker.
Any other form of sex work is illegal in
Queensland. This includes escort agencies,
unlicensed brothels, massage parlours,
street workers (publicly soliciting for
prostitution is an offence), and two or
more sex workers providing prostitution
from a single premises (even if they work
in split shifts).
As the name suggests, except in a limited
number of circumstances, sole operator sex
workers must work alone. However, sole
operator sex workers may:
• employ the holder of a current licence
issued under the Security Providers Act
1993 for carrying out the functions of
a bodyguard to act as a bodyguard (the
bodyguard can work only for one sex
worker)
• employ the holder of a current licence
issued under the Security Providers
Act for carrying out the functions of a
crowd controller to act as a driver (the
driver can work only for one sex worker)
• give a person a message about their
current location or activities, to ensure
the safety of that sole operator (the
message taker must not be a current sex
worker and may not assist any other sex
worker).
A person may be both a bodyguard and a
driver provided that they hold a licence as
both a bodyguard and a licence as a crowd
controller (as outlined above).
not if they are working for a pimp.

it would be more of a concern being busted at the massage shops around town these days.....

xzaq ... if 2 or 3 girls are operating from this property it has a higher risk of being raided than massage shops ... the premises have already been identified by police as an illegal brothel as it was one of 12 raided by police (after complaints from the public who were concerned about this type of businesses being operated in residential areas) ... I imagine the complainants will liaise with police again if they have ongoing concerns about the property
wtf r u stupid !!!! massage shops offer the same thing !! quoting pieces of legislation applies exactly the same to them !!

xzaq ... butyl's info was directed to the circumstances at Board Street ... (wtf r u stupid!!!) I thought it was obvious that it also applied to massage shops (and other illegal sexual services named in the PLA quote) ... massage shops do not openly advertise they provide sexual services on the premises so they are less of a risk than a previously raided illegal brothel where sexual services continue to be advertised ... however having said that, 2 massage shops were raided recently and a number of others appear to have attracted the attention of police ... I would recommend caution with high volume R&Ts, in or near residential areas or licensed brothels, especially those that have a reputation for providing full service

Doubt it. A previously raided private brothel wouldn't be operating any more as they are an easy case to prove against the operators (advertising sexual services so all they need to prove is 2 people working together or from same premises). Furthermore the police are already watching all of the massage shops, at least 5 of the top shops from this forum received a visit from police in the past 12 months warning them of what is considered illegal.
Shops would be the same if not more of a risk than privates.

RLP ... I agree that in the current environment seeking sexual services at massage shops presents a greater risk than at private providers even if there 2 providers working from the same property ... however I was talking about a specific set of circumstances
brustar posted about a "private provider" who listed Board Street, Deagon in her Backpage add ... I posted a link to the BT story where this address was raided and where it was alleged to be part of a network of 12 unlicensed brothels
brustar confirmed the sex worker is advertising her sexual services from the same address that was raided 3 months ago
I stand by my belief that if 2 or 3 different private providers are operating at this property then there is a high chance it will be raided again

I agree with Brissie.Punter. Private MLs are much safer and also less likely to be complained about by neighbours/rival brothel owners, since they tend not to have a big red sign saying "massage".

Although I have been to a few places where the neighbours look at your like you're a dirty old man. i pulled up at one in Springwood once and half the fkn neighbourhood were out on their footpaths chatting and shit and here's me rockin' up trying to look casual and innocent. maybe it was my paranoia, but i felt every eyeball staring me down.
i viisted a private on the coast a while ago, she was in a unit and she was tellling me that the people in the neighbouring unit were already bitching about how many male visitors she was getting. even though she was legal, she was worried they'd complain to the building managers and get her booted out.

That doesnt sound paranoid. If its a neighbourhood and the shop's been there for a while, chances are those louts knew the deal.

Years ago any woman in that situation might have a case they can take to the anti discrimination commission, but the newman govt changed the law so that they can kick her out.
