I'm sure Tokyo abounds; have a ball is all I can say. Though I have heard some unfortunate stories Involving exploitation of foreigners. Exercise some caution.

Learn what Japanese signs mean. I don't mean traffic signs, I mean, people over there put certain signs up to meet things not obvious to foreigners. For instance a red and white pole here means a place where you can get a haircut. Over there, they have their own code for certain establishments. Ironically they're out in the open, so locals will know what you just went in for lol

All the places I have seen had someone out the front selling tickets to meet a girl inside. Usually they are pretty obvious places, but I have never tried so I am not sure what these shops are like. I have heard that you need to be careful of bait and switch and I assume they are mostly run by the local yakuza. You can also find prostitutes standing around in the love hotel districts and there are also special shops to meet a prostitute. I am told that if you want a prostitute and don't like the girl that you meet, you can ask her to get a different girl. Again, I have never tried it myself so not sure how it all works exactly.

A major point to be aware of is that in a lot sex related shops in Japan, they will refuse westerners. So don't be surprised if you get turned down.
