how to find reviews of a certain shop?

First time poster - however how do you find reviews about a specific place?
i did a search but all it came back where random posts.

ie. Wanting to do a little research about certain venues before i just turn up and make a wild pick at someone

If you are trying to find a shop outside of Sydney metropolitan area, then don't waste your time brother. All the advertisers are Sydney based and reviews for shops in Melbourne and Brisbane are very few and far between. And Brisbane is even slightly better than Melbourne. You may have to look at other sites mate !!
