Yeap, that could be the best equipped RnT shop in town !!

Shop 227 used to be a FS shop hence the ensuite shower facilities !!

While I know Alice will only operate the shop strictly as B2B/RnT, but having a brothel license on site will make this shop a licensed RnT place and therefore no council/inspection problems !!

This address is a great location but has had so many terrible businesses operating out if it over the years.

Both shops will be running by Alice and her brother Chris

I think 316 has it's advantage with a city location near the Central Train Station. While 227 is closer to the Broadway Shopping Centre so you can always getting 2 hr free parking there. But it's a bit too far away for me, I may have to stick with 316 !

Thanks bro Ahlungor for confirming this, the entrance of 316 is what really holding me back, haven't been there for quite a while since last winter when the nights came early, I frequent a lot there during winter months as I tend to believe I am not so easily spotted during night time lol.
But now, having 2hrs free parking at Broadway and a rear entrance, I have no more excuse to not giving it a go. Just hope that the new shop has the same high quality as 316 / some of my fav will work at new shop as well. Anywhere I can find the roster of new shop?

I think initially, they will be staffed by mainly Thai girls (good for body to body............haha), many of the 316 Central favourites will be rostered in the new shop gradually - like my personal favourite Rebecca will continue to work at 316 on Thursdays and Saturdays but will probably also work at the new shop from Wednesday - better ring and check first.

Alice will be sorting out the advertising arrangement with AUS99 before she starts posting the roster for the new shop - isn't she a model customer? ..............lol

It isn't a gym room but an area with gym equipments to your left as you walk upstairs to the rooms .

I'm sure you can have a ride on those bikes and rowing machines, but was that your question?

Are you asking if the mls will be doing something with you on those machines ? You will have to ask the ladies yourself .........haha
