I browsed through other punting like forums like aus99 but found the members of this forum to be the most honest.

I am looking to start to work privately and i am from sydney and need some advice about starting privately.

For incall place,

1, which suburb or area is ideal? i am looking at ashfield because it's cheap area for rent. is this location ok for clients?

2, what about if i get a cheap studio near redfern or central station? is this location bad because of cbd traffic? do you prefer out in the suburbs or in the city?

3, How important is it for the incall place to look really good? i don't want bad reviews saying incall place is dirty but if i rent cheap incall place. the incall would look old. maybe thin walls, bathroom not look good and carpet ugly. nice place is expensive in sydney. :(

i want to minimize outgoing costs but i don't want customer to say bad stuff like incall place is dirty. should i spend more money on getting incall that looks more new?

Yes, you should keep your rental costs to a minimum Penny. Would they let you spruce up the studio you rented? Some fresh paint, some indoor plants, pretty bed coverings? Some art for the walls that looks pretty. That wouldn't cost much. If the bathroom and shower was kept really clean and bright looking that goes a long way to giving a good impression.

My advice is to try to go middle of the range.....a studio in Redfern or near Central sounds great. I think some clients are put off by the "executive apartment" ads and prices of those ladies who position themselves as high class escorts. Similarly a really dingy place wont be a pleasant environment for you to work out of. Also Ashfield is really catering for just one segment of the city, I think basing yourself centrally will ensure more customers.

But at the end of the day it all comes down to attitude - the way you interact with your customers is what will bring them back again and again. If you are happy and friendly and it comes through in your attitude and service, this is what will earn you rave reviews and return customers, not having a nice place.

The other tip is LOTS of towels and a good washing machine........nothing ickier than thinking someone else may have used the towel before you.
You will use the washing machine a lot. If you go to the decent massage houses with high turnover who use a new towel/sheet for each client, there are usually 2-3 machines in the back going constantly.

My advise is to decide what type of customer you are going to market your self to.

I assume its the lower end of the market cost wise so in that case you need a neat tidy premises at a reasonable to low cost and in an area where the type of client you are looking for is located.

You then need to decide what services you are going to offer and what your charges are going to be.

You need to set your boundaries, what you do and what you wont do and stick to them.

You need to make sure that the room is tidy and clean with fresh towels and any used ones or signs of previous clients are out of sight, like towels in wash basket, old condoms and tissues disposed of properly that sort of thing.

Then advertise if your Asian this is probably the best site to advertise on but if your Aussie or non Asian then there are probably other sites that cater for non Asian working ladies.

Take the time to read some of the reports on this forum it will give you a good idea of what prospective customers like and don't like and a lot of other useful information.

Most of all only do what you are comfortable doing.

perhaps to engage a responsible driver (could be a taxi driver who can be on call) who can do the drop off and pick up, and once you are in the hotel room or the outcall place, once you collected the payment, call the driver to do the check in and confirmation in front of your client and tell the driver to come pick you up in such and such time, so the punter is not gonna try something funny.

I think Ashfield is a nice area. It's in zone one, central location in Sydney and there is a train station.
Your worst case scenario is not being able to pay rent because you dont get enough business. Finding a place that you can afford is important. A lot of people drive, so if you provide a good service, punters will make the effort to see you. Dont forget a lot of people do not live in the city, so you can get clients from inner parts of Sydney not just from the city.

If you ask me to rank the most important factors to see an outcall, I would rank them as
1) Looks and service
2) Price
3) Cleanliness - Clean towels, no bad odour in the house, acceptable presentation of the place

The others that are nice to have but not so important are
4) discreetness
5) easy parking
6) easy access
7) easy to make a booking and get in contact with you
