Best 'legit' no extras is Malee in Neutral Bay imo, but you will be sitting next to the north shore soccer mums getting footrubs.

Artarmon on Hampden Rd is very sketchy hit and miss; Just as often as they deliver they also do 'next time you come back we do more' or 'no extras' (I must look like a cop) so I don't bother with Hampden Rd much anymore.

Artarmon Paradise and Aqua come well rated, but not sure where Aqua is at anymore.

As you have a source of names and addresses of potentially good shops, perhaps you could do the same and pass the info on, thus helping to keep others updated.
