There is a cafe on the right and a Thai restaurant on the left. Towards the back wall, you will walk through a double swinging door to enter into the back of house area to access the public toilet. Just like any office building or shopping centre.

No one is gonna know you are going to a massage shop, and the shop is located just inside those swinging doors to your left.
