60 mins - 125

after 2 weeks:
30 mins - 90
60 mins - 150

we will provide underground parking (in apartment building) to ensure your privacy.

What do you guys think about it?

Please send us some suggestion and what kind of service do you expect from new establishment?

The prices sound very reasonable, next up would be to decide whatvthe standard service entails and hours you'll work. If youre not allowed to run it in your building people will notice real quick if guys are coming and going at all hours.

Well, I must say I am not a FS brothel expert, but I don't think it will be easy to obtain a brand new brothel license with DA (development application to local council), It will involve a lot of background checks, police report clearence and stuff like that, a bit easier to take over the business and licence from an existing shop.

So in your case, I think may be opeating privately is your go - a bit like the old Tokyo Cat and Ginza before they expanded into the new Ginza Club.

Yes, my understanding is that council approval only applies to the premises to be operated as a sex services premises. Permission is also required in writing from the owner of the premises for it to be used in this way, meaning that you can't just lease a shop and surprise the owner by running a brothel. I guess there will be some sort of background checks on the person that wants to run it as well. I am sure it isn't the easiest business to start up.

one of those more successful models of little FS on this forum is all to do with the service and quality of the girls. it is what makes the business work...they are working ladies after all. <punt alert> there are leg men and there are boobs men. so a balance of girl type - and PSE vs GFE would be important. There's no rule to that, it depends on who needs whom more. Different girls can be at different rates within one shop.

Each council has limits to the number of licences it will give and have strict zoning regulations etc. So it's not easy to get a licence. I know the shop at Buffalo Road had all sorts of trouble, they even took Ryde Council to the Land and Environment Court to get an over rule and obtain their licence (I believe over $100K in legal costs). Surry Hills already has plenty of brothels so you would not need to go that far as the LAV court but that said, they may already have their licence quota, so to do it legit, you may need to look at buying a licence off an existing operator.

That may be the case from a licencing perspective, but it may still be illegal to operate any sort of business from a strictly residential premises. Body Corporates in Strata buildings take a dim view of such activities, and you may quickly find yourselves out in the street.
