You should feel a little different like a piece of plastic ball rubbing your knob from time to time, I did wonder before I try but once I know how it feel it was nothing special or maybe I have to try another lady as it might be better with a different girl.

Hi bro, Miyuki at Ginza has 2 piercings in her tongue and gives a great bbbj. And yes the piercings feel great!
CIM is not a guarantee but its definitely on the menu.
As always when I recommend Miyuki I have to warn you that she is a bit chubby, but if you are OK with that you will have an awesome time.
