This is not a complaint thread. I can't say enough how impressed i am, with the speed with which mr yamada respond to my pic requests by email and the politeness of his replies. So thank you again mr yamada.
I am writing because I really want to support TMC, and for quite some time already, but I don't know how to proceed now. I like their attitude to us customers so please give me some advice how to book their girls, especially those who used TMC before.
Last week I book a nice hotel room overnight, after finally having the time. i always wanted to try TMC but relunctant to use the villa exotica facilities for various reasons. so i was happy I finally did this. The start was good. Mr yamada was quick and courteous about my request and so I was quick to book the girl for 2h. Next day, got a message that said the girl is quitting so I can't see her. He was nice enough to apologize and that's fine. I understand and respect her decision so I quickly book another girl for 10pm next day, but for 1h only this time as she was not my 1st choice.
Now the difficult part started. It probably a combo of my fault and a breakdown in communication due to language. But I was asked for the room no. And my last name. The room number is easy as I can give it when I check in next day but i replied sorry I cannot give my last name. I gave my first name instead. He then replied, yes sure. So I thought that was okay. Maybe I'm being anal but this is for privacy reasons and I have tried other outcall agencies and none needed my last name.
Anyway, the day came and i confirmed my room number and hotel address 4 hours before the appointmet time by text. Mr yamada then asked for my last name again and I felt strange because I thought the matter was over already. I texted him my first name again, there was no further message so I thought tht was ok.
but I waited until it was 20 mins after booking time and she didn't arrive. So I called mr yamada and I think there was a misunderstanding of some sort. Due to the language barrier, I believe I can make out he is trying to say company policy requires last name and the booking was never confirmed. At this point I'm pretty fustrated because the sole purpose of getting this hotel room is for this booking and it wasn't happening.
Anyway, that is in the past and I need some advice on how to approach this now for the next booking because I really do want to use TMC services. Should I just give my last name? But I don't feel comfortable doing so. Any suggestion would be great. Thanks.

Next time meet her at the lobby if you dont wanted to leave your surname. I also never see Yamada girls in Villa pitt st. I saw Lungor in The Star meet her at the lobby as I already know what she looks like :) Wakiko was in 300 Pitt St hotel in the lobby I also knew what she looks like, so meet in the lobby and pick her up as you knew what the girl you choose looks like.

Grace Hotel in the city has security free lifts last time I stayed - it's a good idea to stay in a hotel without security on lifts (which means cheaper hotels generally) that way the girl can effortlessly go up to the room without needing to talk to reception "Hi I;m a hooker. I am here to see Mr XYZ." Bad for the girl (esp shy j-types) and bad for you (when you check out they ALL know what you did; and they know your name, address, phone number...)

I guess TMC only need the last name because the hotel asks for the name before allowing lift access. So the brothers' suggestions above are good ones.
Just to make matters worse, it would have been NiceCo that you missed out on. I got her last session and she was fantastic. Choose Lungor, MiGoren, ButtyCo or Sheep next time and you can't go wrong.
I have a booking with TMC tonight!! Now a bit worried about her showing up!! Will msg Yamada shortly to guarantee I think!!

I think the best way is to meet the lady in the hotel lobby. If you have given your room number, the WL can use the hotel phone (all hotels have house phone in the lobby) and call your room directly when she arrives.
BTW, you would have given your mobile number when you made the booking and the WL should have that as a contact.
Most 4 star+ hotels in the city would need a room key card access in the lift before you can go up to the floors. So if you don't come down to pick up the girl, it will become complicated.
But I don't think the hotel side will have any issue, on one occasion long time ago in Christchurch I called an escort and only told the agency my room number and made no arrangement of meeting the girl down stairs but she turned up anyway, I later found out she just told the concierge staff she had an appointment with the guest in room 123 and the staff just push the lift button for her, but then again, she was a Kiwi girl and probably been to the same hotel many times...............lol

Don't worry about the girl not turning up.
I have seen at least 20 girls from this agency and most of them several times and I have never had a no show or a girl turn up really late.
I have always found the girls from this agency to be very reliable and punctual - they are Japanese after all ;)
I don't know what happened with the guy in this post, as he says himself it was probably a misunderstanding.
As far as I know, all Yamada asks for is a FIRST name and the hotel details.
As other posts have said nearly all hotels have a security elevator so you just meet the girl in the lobby at the agreed time.
I have used lots of hotels in the city and never had a problem with hotel staff.

It's a classy setup We're lucky Yamada is offering genuine j-girls in Sydney. I miss every one I've seen. Especially one who seemed like a genuine student-type.

Cheers for all the reply.
From what I gather giving the last name isn't required for you guys. From my phone conversation with mr yamada, i thought it was company policy. It must be some communication issue for me then. Next time I will communicate by calling rather than texting to make sure when booking with TMC.
The hotel was not an issue, lift access don't need any room key or ID from the hotel recep. Mr yamada has my mobile number also. I was happy to meet the lady in lobby too. anyway, i called another outcall agency after the non booking and just gave hotel address and room number. The rest is easy as abc, she just came straight up to my room on time.
I guess I should have made it clear with mr yamada. Will let you know what happens next time I try to book again. Thanks fellas.

Don't be worried. I'm sure it's just my problem. Others seem to have no issue at all

Update.
Okay I decided to have a go again to see if things would be better. 3 days ago, i texted mr yamada to book 1 of the tmc girls for a incall session Sunday. Everything went ok. Today wanted to confirm again and was told she is still having her period and would notify me if she is okay for the session tomorrow. That's fine. I understand. But after I mentioned I changed to outcall because I am reluctant to use Vila exoctica after scouting the place yesterday. It was then suggested to me to cancel the booking if I'm uncomfortable. I was again asked for the last name.
Text conversation turned a bit testy after I mentioned no one else needed to provide a last name except me and I questioned why I was being treated as such. The reply was it was company policy. I doubt that since everyone else here didn't need a last name for outcall service and asked again politely. But was told he dun work for me.
I tried again to emphasize I respect him and have been polite with my questions. was then told company policy require last name name sometimes.
I don't know what else to say because it feels like I'm being unfairly targeted. I can understand if it is mandatory company policy or i had been a bad customer previously. however, every bro here who used them before did not have to give the last name (so this policy only applies to me), and this is going to be my first time using TMC. The hotel security was not an issue because I am willing to wait in the lobby like others had done.
Sigh I guess its gonna be risky but I intend to give my last name tmr as i like to try tmc out, so lets see how it goes. Will give a report after all this is over. I hope the outcome is not going to make me regret my decision. You guys have it easy man. This is the first and only outcall agency I have come across that needed a last name. Fingers crossed nothing goes wrong, wish me luck guys.
Cheers.

Well its all about trust issue. Yamada must have been having a few bad punters lately or something else anyway since you already gave your name all done and hope you enjoy tomorrow.

When doing outcall to a hotel it is normal practice to give the room number and surname. The agent then calls you back to confirm, using the hotel phone number. This is the way it is usually done right around the world to verify that you are a genuine guest at the hotel. Get used to it and man-up.
