The offer is still on! Best to call them because while the offer is up, it's the girls who may or may not be available. Basically, 2 girls at the same time for 30 minutes max. One does BBBJ, while the other FS. However, once you come, that's it. There's no 'standing' time for the 30 minutes session to end.
