Hi,

Ginza would like to thank all our loyal customers and supporters for a few years. Ginza bought these two Terraces and license to service everyone better.

If you have been looking at the roster on Syd99 you will see that we have been mentioning a new shop for Ginza, This is a huge move for Ginza. We are not sure exactly how the launch will be celebrated but I can tell you in a few weeks there will be a quiet drinks night with prizes.
We want to build on the qualities that made Ginza, that means a relaxed personal vibe, so that everyone can continue to enjoy the quality and real GFE services provided by the girls.

UPDATE

Hello again from Ginza. Thanks to everyone for their well wishes, gifts and thoughtful suggestions.

The renovations on the new shop are going to schedule, so it is my pleasure and honor to advise you that we will be opening the doors for our first day between May 13th and May15th...

Final confirmation will be closer to the day. Speaking of the day, while there won't be balloons, clowns and fairy bread, we want to make it a day to remember.... For everyone.

Whoever shows up on that inaugural day will get a few things that are maybe to be repeated; these include:
1) lifelong memory of being there and doing that on Day 1
2) the girls and management are excited and will be in party mode, or extra party mode that day
3) EVERY CLIENT that day will be a winner GUARANTEED, each client will choose a discount slip out of our lucky box. The value will be between $5 and $100, redeem for cash right away.

And it can be relatively easy and inexpensive to get the theme effect. Please don't go over board. Those Taiwanese hot spring resorts, in Xin Bei Tou, manage it with minimalism.

As you know I have only been a customer for a couple of years, after the luckiest phone call I ever made had Sakura to my door to save my night after a Daily Telegraph disaster with the Town Whorl rip-off brigade.

Since then its been cardboard boxes and sheets for waiting rooms, intercom issues, elevator rides, portable air coolers that are more power hungry than Napoleon, parking tickets, parking stations costing as much as the girls. Those tiny problems that are funny now have been more than offset by all the laughs with you and Yuki, accepting my apologies for being late, and a procession of the most amazing girls with the attitudes all WL's should have. Well, I am operating more as a (free) technical / style / taste / appropriateness / consultant at the moment.

And Rooter, my man, you have revealed yourself already as agreeing with the truth of my remarks by saying that you will "set up camp permanently in the Japanese room." By rejecting the other fitouts instinctively, you recognise that the culturally out of place rooms are jarring and tasteless - and that it has all been done before, to the level of tedium, as in a Touch of "Class" blah, blah - and you have instinctively gone for what you feel is appropriate for your own experience. And I agree with you!

Most punters probably couldn't give a stuff about whether they are having sex in Disneyland, but that is no reason to ignore all those who do. All the more reason not to ignore them! Ginza are spending real dollars on the fit out, and what I am saying is the truth.

Why do I have to go to Japan for an authentic experience when Japan can come here? When Japan is already coming here in the form of the girls?!

(As for Ginza's present location, the sex killing mood and vibe of a frantic cbd location, the expedition to get there, the "secret agent" code needed to find the place and get entry to it just didn't work for me. So that is why I am excited about this new, convenient and accessible place and the opportunity for them to do it right.)

I am surprised that (this may be my misconception or poor interpretation) you who I see as so liberal-minded and free-spirited in some areas are so steadfast in the belief that everyone should have and follow your design opinions for this shop... There are always the following essentials of course:
1. Good size bed with firm mattress
2. Mirrors in all the right places including the ceiling

4. Good size bathroom for the double shower and some wet actions
5. Comfortable and adjustable A/C

Any c**t though, would think I was gay! :grimace: (Wasn't there a show called "Queer eye for the straight guy??") But I never expected an interior design and aesthetics thread to come up in a sex forum, and I lept into it happily. (Especially so soon after the pretty cheongsam thread.)

But I've shouted to the skies before how glad I am that I am straight. It keeps your feet on the ground and red blooded I think, passionate, not wimpy and airy-fairy like those guys on "Queer eye."

As long as the place is clean, safe and there is a nice sized bed with large enough towels, a shower big enough for two, the main thing I go to Ginza for is their excellent girls and the fantastic service that they supply as well as the trustworthy management.

Oriental themes are OK to differentiate, not gaudy continental brothel type which would be out of character IMHO.

I don't think any thing we said, discussed or argued here is gonna make one little bit of different what the new shop is gonna look like, the designs are set and everything is finalised. The boss who pays the money has the ulimate say what and how he wants, we punter can say whatever we want and I think the fact that this thread had generated so much responses and interests, Wilson has done his bit, very smart man indeed.

I just hope great public interests and anticipations will be rewarded with a pretty awesome brand new shops and judging by the word of mouth regarding the current standards of the Ginza girls, this place is gonna be a huge hit.

The only question is, how much is gonna be the new charges, the investment must be returned and how long Ginza is willing to wait to get the money back will very much decide the new hourly rate, it will not be fair to expect or assume the current pricing can continue.

My guess is, it'll probably gonna sit in between 5 Star and 127, just my two cents

So happy about the news. I don't care about the themes for the rooms but I do care for good facilities and wonderful girls. Ginza is already doing fine in those areas. Hello again from Ginza. Thanks to everyone for their well wishes, gifts and thoughtful suggestions.

The renovations on the new shop are going to schedule, so it is my pleasure and honor to advise you that we will be opening the doors for our first day between May 13th and May15th...

Final confirmation will be closer to the day. Speaking of the day, while there won't be balloons, clowns and fairy bread, we want to make it a day to remember.... For everyone.

Whoever shows up on that inaugural day will get a few things that are maybe to be repeated; these include:
1) lifelong memory of being there and doing that on Day 1
2) the girls and management are excited and will be in party mode, or extra party mode that day
3) EVERY CLIENT that day will be a winner GUARANTEED, each client will choose a discount slip out of our lucky box. The value will be between $5 and $100, redeem for cash right away.

I will update you with a roster once we have the date set.

Hello again from Ginza. Thanks to everyone for their well wishes, gifts and thoughtful suggestions.

The renovations on the new shop are going to schedule, so it is my pleasure and honor to advise you that we will be opening the doors for our first day between May 13th and May15th...

Final confirmation will be closer to the day. Speaking of the day, while there won't be balloons, clowns and fairy bread, we want to make it a day to remember.... For everyone.

Whoever shows up on that inaugural day will get a few things that are maybe to be repeated; these include:
1) lifelong memory of being there and doing that on Day 1
2) the girls and management are excited and will be in party mode, or extra party mode that day
3) EVERY CLIENT that day will be a winner GUARANTEED, each client will choose a discount slip out of our lucky box. The value will be between $5 and $100, redeem for cash right away.

I will update you with a roster once we have the date set.

My understanding is booking should be similar to the current setup, with the opportunity to choose a girl
if she's not previously booked also (like now).
There should be more girls rostered with the shop open longer meaning you wont miss out on seeing
a girl and more importantly not miss out seeing your favourites.

Yes I always had problems with the lift, surely I couldn't have been the only one.
I was told not to touch any buttons and it would stop on the correct floor.
Like a magic carpet ride to Nirvana I often thought.

I remember the panic when on the way out, another punter was coming in and I was urgently ushered
into the bathroom, but it was ok though as I was stuck in there with Yuki and she was trying hard to explain the new Ginza club

I also recall nearly causing a disaster when I turned back to say good bye to Hoshi and ran into a divider
nearly causing a domino collapsing effect of all the dividers.
Hoshi came out of her room in her red bikini and saved the day.
I vividly remember her athleticism and I wanted to go back in the room with her.
We both had a good laugh about it when I met up with her again in a later session.

Lots of great memories too many to recount here.

Full congratulations and the best of luck. The new place is very very nice, full credit to them they have done a wonderful job, probably still some things to sort out but all in all they should be very pleased with the opening. I had a at 10:30 booking so I guess I was one of the first customers, I wanted it to be extra memorable so it was for 2 hours with a very special lady. The room I had was quite large and very well appointed with a spa as well, it had a wonderful round bed with a round mirror directly above it and a Manga style back drop all the way up to the ceiling. We couldn’t help but have a little laugh about being the first to break the bed in and it being a bit of a virgin like experience (brand new room and brand new bed). I've just returned from my booking at Ginza. They're really busy so there's obviously a lot of interest in the new shop. Access via the rear lane is a bit tricky because of vans parked at either end and construction in progress. But the Cleveland st entrance is quite discreet so its not a problem.

I went there at 1.30pm booking and entered from Cleveland Street - it is quite discreet so no need to worry about the privacy I think. Wilson greeted me and ushered into the waiting room. There are already one bro in the waiting room and soon after the other dude joined in. It is kinda awkward waiting with other punters, probably they need to sort this out somehow (let them wait in the vacant room for example).

All the interior is very nice - especially there are mirrors everywhere including above the bed.

Had a great session with my fav. girl Toshika, a bit sad this time as she will be definitely leaving oz for good (she will be still working till this weekend so be quick!)....

All in all, loved the new place and well done Wilson, all the best!

Its a very stylish and classy looking establishment and very spacious and well fitted out.
The room i was in had some Japanese erotic art on the bedhead which looked great.

I'm with you Wiz, it just smelt fresh and clean to me, but like you say maybe the other guy was in a room just finished.
And I was so busy looking at my girl that I didn't notice a lot of the details until well into the session.
For instance, I only noticed the mirror above us when the girl pointed it out.

The new place is very very nice, full credit to them they have done a wonderful job, probably still some things to sort out but all in all they should be very pleased with the opening. I had a at 10:30 booking so I guess I was one of the first customers, I wanted it to be extra memorable so it was for 2 hours with a very special lady. The room I had was quite large and very well appointed with a spa as well, it had a wonderful round bed with a round mirror directly above it and a Manga style back drop all the way up to the ceiling. We couldn’t help but have a little laugh about being the first to break the bed in and it being a bit of a virgin like experience (brand new room and brand new bed). Two hours booking must with Yukana then, went to early 10:30, all girls book out, I can say Ginza very success in this industries. Let me recall Kyoto, used to have best quality of Japanese girls in the town, and they even have private escort, but business just gone downhill, might be mamanagent have earned enought $$$. Booked the girl a while back as I know it will be busy on first day. Unfortunately girl has period today so has to change. Wilson was fairly busy so sms took a bit longer today. The place isn't quite 100% all someday there's still boxes in the reception area, at the Bach that kind of things.
When I went there, the Cleveland street door was closed, even the the small front gate of the terrace, security must not be good so they rather leave it closed. So I went to the back door, huge can was there so I have to squeeze in, good that I was thin enough.
Kind of different in the new shop, you meet fellow punters in the reception area as well as in the same waiting room. Then went to my room, didn't get the spa room, but room quite nice with round bed, mirror on the top, Japanese manga decore, shower in room.
I find the bed a bit firm but ok in general. Has a love hotel kind of feel.
So it is somewhat a different experience than before. No more secrecy and things are quite open in the shop. Very brothel feeling as opposed to like adding an incall escort girl in an apartment.
Yuki was very beautiful as before. There is another dude manning the reception, forgot to ask his name. Today was the opening day, so there's a lucky dip draw and I only manage to get $10 off. I was hoping there would be welcoming drinks with the girls posing as waiters or a line up in front to greet you, but none of those today and they are just very busy chasing around, so not really much party mood as advertised.
Anyway, this is the opening day and I can say that I was part of it. With the openness in the shop, I'll probably be meeting a few of you down the track.

1:The reputition of the Ginza. Can i say Ginza has a strong competitive advantage if you campare the service and the price.Such good value.
2:The history of the Ginza. Back to many years. Its only a "CAT", and now became a "Tiger".Well done, the time made this little CAT well known.

If there are other guys in the waiting room, they are just anonymous guys.
You don't know them, and they don't know you.
And usually you don't have to go to the waiting room anyway but just go straight to the room where the girl is waiting for you, especially if you have booked.

Just studying today's roster, it looks as though there were/are 6 girls on at any one time throughout the day between opening and closing, apart from between 4 and 4:30pm when there were only 5.

Tomorrow's roster is a little different. Opening sees 3 girls on, building to a brief peak of 7 between 4:30pm and 5pm and then declining to 4 at closing time. Average over the day will be about 5 girls at any one time, 1 fewer than today.
