Whenever a ML gives me a price that's outside the "normal" or "expected" range, I try and turn it down (I have been known to let my dick do the thinking).

That said, there are people out there who have cash to burn, leading the MLs to charge unfair prices (to get paid $150 cash an hour is already much more than most people earn).
