Mmmm Taipei, went there a year ago, no luck whatsoever.
(But as I cant read or speak the language, this may be the biggest hurdle.)

Walking down some of the backstreets, it was my educated guess that RnT might be on offer, I just wasn't adventurous enough to go in and find out ;p
