Is it the fault with the WL or is it the fault of the shop wrongly advertising her services?

It’s illegal and unethical for shops to insist that WL/ML provide any specific services. It’s always better to check upfront when paying $$$ to make sure the services you expect are available on that day to you as a customer. Long before you get naked.

Agree. If you read the boilerplate/small print on their website, it will say they only charge for the room; all services are up to the lady (as it should be). Blame the shop.

If that's the case then brothels should operate like massage shops? Charge standard FS price for all WLs, say $200/hr with guaranteed CBJ & CFS, and girls can charge extras behind closed doors for a tip (DFK, BBBJ, DATY + "extra" services etc).

This will probably slow down many brothel businesses as many brothels have adopted the "diamond" service tiers to attract customers. Many punters seeking DFK, BBBJ & CFS wouldn't frequent massage shops unless they get intel that certain MLs provide them all. I would rather pay top dollar for WLs who provide services as advertised. It's like seeing a private WL, if she doesn't advertise certain services or strictly won't offer other extra services it's not worth trying to convince them to and better off seeking another who is willing

That's 100% how the brothel legislation works in NSW. But, let's face it, there will always be punters out there that would associate a girl's quality with the shop that they saw the girl in. Take a look at all the posts criticizing a shop for girl XXX not up to standard. No legislation or rules will change these people's minds.

There's also a disconnect between the legislation and how the industry works in reality.

Some shops go out of their way to get customer feedback about girls. The Ginzas, CBD Style, SBM/SGM, Nana/SS, all of them do it. They do this because the role of a brothel is not only to provide the rooms to do the deed, they are also responsible for advertising / marketing. If they're not supposed to know or care about what goes on in the rooms, then how on Earth can they effectively market the girls or prevent false advertising? Their girl listings would only consist of pictures (probably fake) and physical measurements, lol...

2 sides, same coin: she has the right to say, "Sorry, No" / he has the right to say "No thank you" (as in looks not as expected, add-on price request, etc.). Two CONSENTING adults, the shop is only the middleman. Ask the provider DIRECTLY.

There was a shop in the news some years ago (I think it was the shop now known as 81a Willoughby in Crows Nest, but under different management these days) that was in the media over legal / criminal trouble for apparently insisting the girls provide certain services. Let's get real gents, some of this shit is rushed and you have to make a firm stance or just have the go with the flow mentality. I'm not a fan of the tiered models cause I've more times than not gotten service somewhere between standard and premium.
