Well I know you have heard this all before Duncan ..... (but nothing changes)

But for a randy Aussie MOC has:
- got better
- and got worse !!

BETTER because you have some amazing looking ladies - esp those listed above :)
WORSE because MOC has become much more "Asian Only" and so most of what you are chuffed about - is a big unattainable tease for me :(

Of the eight girls you list (yes look lovely) :
- Iva, Lysan, Angelia, Marcus, Babyccino and Big J are all off limits :( That is 6 of the 8 = 75% !!!
- And I remember Big J wasn't Asian Only ..... now she is !!! SO it just got worse !!

So regarding just one ethnic sector of your client base you can pat MOC on the back (Asians) ... but for me they are just like Jennifer Hawkins & Angelina Jolie or Elly Tran - great to look at but never going to touch.


And I have also said this before - I simply just don't get how Bluemoon can access equally beautiful sexy girls but only have less than 10% insisiting on Asian Only - Huh !

But Port Arthur massacre was perpetrated by a blond guy - so lets gaol all blond blokes!!
If some guy is an asshole - ban him !! And share that info with other agencies = I have zero tolerance for the girls not being respected !!
In the same way in reverse - if someone has a track record of consideration & manners - why should they be tared with the same brush !!!

A blanket ethnic ban because of an individuals unacceptable behavior must mean all Asian bros are respectful, thoughtful gentlemen punters right ??? Mmmm well not what some of the girls have told me !!

But what I was having a gripe about in the Duncan post was twofold - an not the girls right to specify Asian Only:
1) MOC are almost unique in the number /% of girls that are Asian Only - and it is not replicated to that degree in any other outcall agency.
2) then MOC rub my face in it by stating things like - everyone enjoy !! Or isn't great we have all these fabulous girls !!
The fact I wake up / log on and see how wonderful MOC girls are - promoting they are back !! - but not for me !!! was like a red rag to a bull :)

So my friend - yes the girls can decide Asian Only - I just ask the shops not to make broad generalist statements on how it is now much better --- when it isn't for everybody !!!
Maybe it is just me and having my sensitive side but kicked by rejection without any basis from me personally :)

I won't use an example based in Australia for obvious reason. Say in some American movies, a wrong turn in some location at certain time of the day would land you in big trouble. If it's not necessary, would you take the risk to go against the common belief !

I have people join my organization all the time with knowledge gaps and incorrect perceptions !
One of my roles as a manager is provide education & guidance - not force someone .. but at least engage with them about a meaningful discussion on what their perceptions are and concerns and strategies to address them.

Most girls don't read the forum, they talk among themselves. Especially when one girls changes her mind after a while, that means the decision is not based on speculations, it's from experience, like more chances to get in trouble than not, so it's not education or guidance that can convince them to think otherwise. Of course, there are girls that are born tough or battle hardened, but even Moon and Irene at 5* had to switch after so long in the game, let alone those young fresh cuties !

I do not know here this will lead ( to Lysan hopefully ) but Duncan who I have never met seems to listen. Such a simple thing that makes the world of difference !
