Well, I do. It started years ago when a friend introduced me to escort services overseas. He has records too with photos but mine is just brief description, experiences and how many times I visited them.
It stop for a long time as I was in a relation but now is back and recording my exp with ML’s.

I did not initially- I backtracked late last year and worked out how many MLs I have seen and how many times I have seen particular ones - multiply that by $250 gives me an idea of investment.

I monitor my spend as I deduct it from the OT I get from working - arbitrary control but it adds perspective.
Hopefully not too hard on the conscience - I look at punting as a form of psychological counselling of a preventative nature.

I actually did keep a brief record/diary when I first started (for the memory/experience etc, not to keep track of my spending) but that soon became too tedious and kinda pointless, so many "forgettable" punts...
