I find that hard to believe for some reason, a random girl just walks in and being accepted by the reception/mamasan (who may not even be the real owner of the shop?), there should at least be some form of contract, interview, and brief training, no background check? no ID? Nothing? The girl just walks up to a customer like that? Unless the shop owner's an idiot or asking for trouble, or maybe someone just pulled a giant prank on you :shout:

The recruitment practices in RnT and brothels is disgusting! I'id be fucken checking their LinkedIn and social media profiles, I'd do a police check, a pre-placement medical assessment, then I'd ask for 2-3 referees and perform reference checks.
It's a wonder why the turn over in these establishments is so fucken high.

You just ask to see the girls who are available first, as they walk in ask what they do as extras, as not all girls do full service

I review shops via Locanto. These are more reputable as rosters are generally updated daily and photos show the MLS on offer. And yes there are some shady “front” desk receptionists who try to change your mind. I made a booking recently for ML A and on arrival shown a ML saying it was ML A. Wrong this was my 4th visit to ML A and said not her. I paid and waited ML A turned up 5 minutes later. I know the overall roster of this shop (and others) and the quality, having been about 8 MLS and have not one complaint. So buyer beware, be careful do your research and check out Locanto, look at the info available and be discerning- if you want cheap then that’s what you will ultimately get.
