Is a fair question. Answer is probably that a lot of the girls you are seeing are not contemplating staying in the business long term. Check E&B and similar sites. The high end workers are changing, and getting 1000's per hour. That varies greatly from punter to punter and in terms of normal relationships too.

A few ideas off the top of my head.

What one person likes or finds attractive, another may find uninteresting.
