Just read a post on the Sydney forum with the same title. Made me think. $200 a week is $10,000 a year, over quite a few years. That's a lot of money my son won't get when I die. You know, the one I haven't seen for 3 years.

I feel I'm in a similar situation. The amount is secondary, the question is what are you forgoing. Nothing really. The "kids" will be financially set anyway by the time they get their reduced inheritance.
